Take beautiful astrophotos through a telescope with your iPhone! With the Orion SteadyPix Telescope Photo Adapter for iPhone, anyone with a telescope and an iPhone can take stunning pictures of the night sky.

The SteadyPix iPhone adapter securely couples an original iPhone, iPhone 3, 3GS, 4 or iPhone 4S to a 1.25” telescope eyepiece so you can take high-magnification pictures through the telescope using the iPhone’s built-in camera. The sturdy steel bracket allows the iPhone’s camera lens to be positioned directly over the 1.25” telescope eyepiece eye lens for afocal eyepiece-projection photography.

Capture high-resolution images of the Moon’s cratered surface, bright planets like Saturn and Jupiter, and with practice, even some bright deep-space objects and the International Space Station (really)!

The fun doesn’t stop at sunrise either. Use the SteadyPix iPhone adapter during daylight hours to take superb high-magnification snapshots of distant wildlife and scenery, and with a properly sized solar filter, sunspots on our nearest star – all with your iPhone.

The Orion SteadyPix Telescope Photo Adapter lets you display a live view of the image projected by your telescope on your iPhone screen. Now you can share beautiful real-time views of the night sky with friends and family by using your iPhone as a mini telescope display monitor! The adapter can also attach your iPhone to a photo tripod for steady wide-field pictures without a telescope.
