filters. We stock the high qulaity Class "A" glass filters which are coated
with nickel, chromium and a highly scratch resistant layer of stainless
steel. Designed to fit securely over the front aperture of your telescope,
these optical glass filters block 99.9% of incoming sunlight, allowing
you to safely observe sunspots and plage. The sun displays an natural orange
colour with a black sky surrounding the image for greater contrast.
The Filters are mounted in an spun aluminium cell
and supplied with some foam tape to accommodate slight variations
in telescope sizes.
Each filter comes with a cleaning cloth. They
are guaranteed for as long as you own them.
