The BT300 features a 12" f/4 primary mirror providing a focal length of 1200mm.

Optimized for astrophotography with large dual speed 3" Linear Bearing Crayford focuser to carry imaging equiment without flexure. It also accepts 2" and 1.25" fittings with the supplied reducing adapters (all use non-marring brass compression rings)

Supplied with newly designed cast aluminium tube rings with larger cast mounting points allowing the use of wider D-style mounting bars on both the top and bottom of the tube rings providing rigid coupling to your equatorial mount. This also allows easy mounting of guide scopes or other equipment atop the main OTA.

One D-style Dovetail plate is supplied for attaching the OTA to your mount.

300mm mirror diameter with a 1200mm focal length (f/4).

This BINTEL telescope has an expertly figured and polished parabolic primary mirror made from BK-7 glass. It's guaranteed to be diffraction-limited, meeting the theoretical limits of resolution for its size. The mirror is mounted in an aluminium cell that allows rapid equilibrium of the mirror to the outdoor temperature.
