We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Personal cheque (subject to clearance) and bank cheque, Direct Deposit and Australian Money Order.
We carry many products in stock. When an order is placed for an in stock item it will be processed and shipped as soon as possible - often the same day the order is received.
If we receive your order for an item that is out of stock or is by special order only we will contact you to make arrangements for payment of a deposit. Please note that order cancellation and return re-stocking fees apply to special orders.
We accept laybys. Our terms for laybys is 20% deposit and finalised within 65 days. During that period we require regular payments to be made.
All prices shown include Australian GST. Goods for export are not subject to Australian GST. The buyer is responsible for any duties and charges applicable when the goods arrive at their destination.
Although we make efforts to keep pricing up-to-date, prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations.
Please choose products carefully as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind. Product returns, excluding warranty issues, will incur a restocking fee of 20% plus other costs if applicable.
