The Nikon Action EX 12×50 provides a slightly higher power than most standard field binoculars, but with the wide 50mm objective lenses utilised by the Action EX series, a broader field of view compensates for this extra magnification. This allows a 12×50 to bring you closer to the action, while still maintaining superb and steady views of your target, be that the name printed on the side of a distant boat motoring across the bay, or the cows at the far end of your paddock.
