Tele Vue engineered their DeLite eyepiece series to be as sharp and clear as their venerable Delos line, but smaller and more lightweight. The eyepiece features fully multi-coated optics, a wide 62° field of view, and a long 20mm eye relief. It employs their proprietary locking eyeguard which lets you set the eye relief in the perfect position whether you wear glasses or not.

With 20mm eye relief the Tele Vue Delite 4mm is the perfect Planetary and Lunar eyepiece. At 216grams it will not cause balance problems in any scope. Best used in faster (f/4- f/6) scopes due to exit pupil. Edge blackened with 62 degrees apparent field, sliding, locking eyeguard to get best eye position for your eye.
Just as Delos eyepieces were developed based on Tele Vue’s Ethos eyepiece design advancements, DeLite is the logical step toward a smaller, more economical and lightweight version of Delos.
