The Tele Vue Dioptrx Adapter Panoptic 19/24 Ngaler 20Type5 has been designed specifically for these eyepieces only.
These adapters convert these eyepieces with small eye guards to larger eye guards, so DIOPTRX™ can be installed.
Note that these eyepieces have shorter eye relief than others recommended for DIOPTRX™.
To minimize any vignetting with DIOPTRX™, it’s best to use these for deep-sky applications where your eye pupil is large.
Dioptrx will give you pinpoint sharp stars once adjusted to your eye.
NB: When used for bino-viewers, you may encounter “nose relief” limitations because DIOPTRX™ reduces the normal eyepiece eye relief.
