ZWO H-alpha 7nm filter

The ZWO H-alpha 7nm filter is centered around 656.3nm. H-alpha is the most abundant emission line in all nebulae, emitted by atomic hydrogen which makes up about 92% of the universe. The narrow bandwidth of H-alpha will remove all light pollution increasing contrast of the H-alpha emission lines seen in most nebulae.

When used in conjunction with the narrowband OII and narrowband SII filters they make up part of the Hubble palette, used by HST to image these and other elements in nebulae.

Available in 1.25 inch, 31mm unmounted and 36mm unmounted.
