The ZWO Filter Wheel, MFW holds 5 x standard 1.25″ filters. The carousel is numbered and has a positive “click stop” at every filter position to make changing between filters a breeze.
The sturdy black anodised aluminium construction ensures no flexure between your telescope and imaging camera. Front and rear threads are standard M42 x 0.75 (T2) making it compatible with just about any camera adapter.
It is supplied with a T2 to 1.25″ nosepiece for the telescope side and a T2 to 1.25″ holder with brass compression ring and knurled thumbscrews on the camera side.
Equally suitable for imaging or visual use.
Thickness of the filterwheel is 20mm and the height of the eyepiece holder is 25mm. It weighs about 200g.
The new design was released in July 2015 and is more compact than the original version.
